REVIEW OF TWYLA YACHT TO COLUMBIA.

Hi guys,

As promised here is my review of the 5 day trip to Columbia onboard the Twyla.

Captain - Javier, was awesome, always smiling and joking, nothing was ever a problem for him, he was helpful and informative. Not to mention a great cook and great, experienced and professional sailor. In short, everything you could want in a Captain. Jose his assistant was also fantastic and we owe him thanks for many many great meals.

Twyla the Yacht - beautiful sailing boat and gorgoues under full sail which we lucky got to do with favourable winds. Ample space for all on board to cook, eat, sleep and relax. Kayak and dinghy are great for the paddling from yacht to islands.

The route Panama to Sapzurra - I am very very very pleased that we took this route, the sea´s were calm with smooth rolling ocean swell ideal for sailing. A few poor souls got seasick for a little while and I would hate to think what it would have been like to Cartagena, very unpleasant for everyone. I would rate the route as perfect. Sapzurra is a very cute little village with no cars.

The San Blas Islands - stunning stunning and more stunning. As beautiful
as the pictures and better. I would rate the islands amongst the best I´ve seen. The blues and greens of the waters , the fine white sands and palm trees , just perfect.

In short, this trip is one of the best I have done and I would recommend the quality and safety of the Twyla and Javier the Captain to anyone.

Thanks
Carolyn
