There are regular bus between "Cartagena" or "Medellin" and "Turbo", and regular Speedboats between "Turbo" and "Capurgana/Sapzurro".
FROM CARTAGENA:
Buses depart regularly from Cartagena to TURBO via MONTERIA.
Terminal bus Cartagena is far from the town so we advise that phone call and went to pick them for about what it costs the taxi to the terminal.

Our recommendation:
If you come to Cartagena, we suggest leaving a few days before for to enjoy the trip, staying a day knowing and relax in some places that are in the way as Arboletes (volcano), TURBO (typical Caribbean port area banana) between some of the villages located along the way.

In TURBO:
There are many hostels, among economists can recommend the Hostal-Residencia FLORIDA located in the square front the dock.
To eat, just behind the hotel florida is a barbecue restaurant that I believe is called the "Golden Chicken" or something, with green tablecloths.
Morning, you should buy the ticket for the boat to Capurgana (beside Sapzurro), departing at 8 am. The office is in the dock and open at 6 am.
-Sapzurro is 10 minutes by water taxi from Capurgana, so we recommend staying in Capurgana (which has more hostels and cheaper and more environment ...) and the morning of our departure go to Sapzurro. Anyway when you arrive to Capurgana you can call my at number of Colombia. -

We always recommend that you arrive with a couple of days at least to enjoy Capurgana and Sapzurro. (locations are chosen by the Colombian tourism). You can walk-up to Sapzurro through the jungle and then to La Miel (Panama). Also you can go whith a horse, or walk to the river to...swin (El cielo).
- The hostal that we most recommended it is the LUZ DE ORIENTE located in the same dock Capurgana, oceanfront, with private bath and terrace with hammocks. ( 9 $ person. if you, when ask the room to say they that are with Captain Javier Martin, to give them that price) -When you reach the dock on the right side will see the hostel with hammocks and wood, and the bar with the best terrace in Capurgana,... many shells hanging from the roof.
- We recommend also the hostel LOS DELFINES into the village, with private bath, TV. $ 7 person and day.
In addition in Capurgana you can buy some things individuals if you need by the travel as alcohol, snacks, etc.

Bien, la cita es el 26-04-09 en el muelle de Sapzurro a las 8 am.
Algunas recomendaciones:
En TURBO:
Hay muchos hostales, entre los economicos podemos recomendarle el Hostal-Residencia FLORIDA situada en la plaza frente al muelle.

Para comer, justo detras del hostal florida hay un restaurante con barbacoa que creo se llama el "Pollo dorado " o algo así, con manteles verde claro.
Por la mañana debe comprar el tiket de la lancha a Capurgana (al lado de Sapzurro), que salen a las 8 am. La oficina esta en el mismo muelle y abren a las 6 am.
Sapzurro está a 10 minutos de Capurgana en taxi acuatico, por lo que le recomendamos que se quede en Capurgana (donde hay mas hostales y mas economicos... y mas ambiente) y la misma mañana de nuestra salida llegue a Sapzurro. De todas formas cuando lleguen a Capurgana pueden llamarme al telefono de Colombia.
En CAPURGANA: -aqui debe hacer la salida de Colombia en la oficina del DAS.-
Siempre recomendamos que llegue con un par de dias como minimo para disfrutar de Capurgana y Sapzurro. (son lugares elegidos por el turismo colombiano). -Puede pasear hasta Sapzurro por la jungla y despues hasta la Miel ( Panama). Tambien ir paseando o a caballo a uno rio para bañarse (el cielo).
El Hostal mas recomendado por nosotros es el LUZ DE ORIENTE situado en el mismo muelle de Capurgana, frente al mar, con baño privado y terraza con hamacas. 9 $ Persona y dia. (Tiene que decir al pedir habitación que estan con el Capitan Javier Martin, para que les den ese precio) -Cuando llegue al muelle a su derecha verá el hostal de madera con las hamacas y debajo el bar con la mejor terraza de Capurgana, que tiene muchas conchas colgando del techo-.
Tambien recomendamos el hostal LOS DELFINES, dentro del pueblo, con baño privado, tv. 7 $ persona y dia.
Por lo demás en Capurgana podeis comprar algunas cosas particulares que querais comprar para el viaje como alcohol, snaks, etc.
Mi compañera, Esperanza tiene a la venta en el barco cervezas, ron y refrescos al mismo precio que en Capurgana y San Blas.
